He's back!

Zach man! You are such a little dear! I think we dragged this little guy all over the yard for this shoot and he was sssoooo wonderful. Now, it might have helped that he was completely entertained by my son and his football, but I am going to pretend he was just following all my directions on cue! If you have just the right placement of a young man with his football, you can get a little guy to look almost anywhere!

The Little Dude!

Ok....seriously...I couldn't help myself...I had to take this one...he didn't cry THAT long. Really, he didn't. I promise. But I had to snap just one of this precious 'I am so thirstly I will squeeze my eyes shut and cry' face. It makes me smile every single time. I think I will hold on to this one so I can show it at his wedding reception one day! ;) The solitary tooth on the bottom makes it incredibly adorable too!

Sweet Hannah

I've determined it's impossible to take a bad shot of this gal. Seriously! She is so easy-going, happy and gorgeous!! You just can't mess that up! She also follows directions really well! ;)
Anyway, it didn't matter what she wore or where you put her...you just had to follow this simple formula: great lighting+nice setting+Hannah= great picture! Ta-dah!

Here are a few with her and her bike. LOVED this shot. I snapped the picture, looked at the LCD and just said, "Nu-uh." She rocked it!

We went downtown for a few shots and had an absolute ball. The lighting was great, the weather was breezy and the subject was gorgeous. See what I mean? You just can't mess that up! Now, we did have a few spectators- and I'm not sure which was funnier...them, or Hannah's reaction to them! It didn't even phase her. ;)

She laughed out loud when I called her tall- she said, "Did you just call me TALL?" ...she is just 5'4", but those rockin' heels with the jeans really made her seem MUCH taller than she is.

Hannah- I love your openness and cheery nature. Thanks for letting me capture a bit of your senior spirit. You are a gem and I wish you all the best!

This day was a long time in the making. Years. But worth every minute of waiting. And it couldn't have been more sincere, sweet or lovely. Just precious. These two darling folks finally got to make things official on this lovely, breezy June afternoon amongst family and friends. It's easy to see they are crazy about each other and about being together. They soaked in each moment of the day, cherishing all they had waited so long for...and smiled every step of the way. What a beautiful, fabulous day! Ending one chapter, only to begin another.

We all know Sharon has an eye for detail, and I giggled out loud when I saw these rockin' shoes for her trip down the aisle. Heels like these can be pulled off with fashion success by only a scant few, Sharon is one of them, and she happens to do it with ease. And anyone who knows her won't be surprised that she blinged out "I DO" on the bottom of these babies!!! Seriously, how adorable is that?!
LOVE her style.

Forever promises spoken in a quaint, country church on a gorgeous June day... by two people madly in love.
Sigh. It couldn't have been more beautiful in the movies- the mood, the feelings, the setting. It was all beautiful...and sincere...and sweet. I feel renewed after days like this- and thankful.

Dear fabulous people from wedding- you amaze me!! How lucky you are to have such a wonderful group of people! May you always realize how blessed you are by your families and friends...It's too bad these two are no fun at all. ;) JK. They were sssooo easy to pose and photograph, I could have taken all day!!! I had to let them get back to their guests. The light outside was absolutely stunning and the wedding party was fabulous and flexible. Honestly, they make it all look like a piece of cake!
To Gabe & Erika- your joy is infectious and your humor will always keep you close. I admire the way you enjoy life and cherish each other. It's inspiring. I applaud the way you don't take the small things or yourselves too seriously, but you know what's important. I can't wait to see what your future holds. Any couple who can sit through a cold, rainy Notre Dame game (overtime AND a win!) with another couple and their kids is alright in my book!!!
