Gorgeous Lake Tahoe Cruise

Well, the smoke from the fires here has cleared the air and the entire lake is now visible, and what a view!!!!!! We took a lunch cruise aboard The Tahoe Gal to see the lake in all its beauty and I am so happy we did. Wow. The views were stunning! The highlight was Emerald Bay-the history is very enlightening and worth the read.
Emerald Bay and Mrs. Knight's tea room (tiny stone structure) atop the only island on Lake Tahoe. In the early 1900's, she would have her chauffer row her and her friends out for tea up there. Very posh.
