Little Bits of Heaven

...floating gently by the window...(from an Amy Grant song) I don't mind a bit when school is cancelled for weather. Surprise days off with making cookies, building fires and dancing in the snow are memories I wouldn't trade for anything. I have wanted to take some snow pictures all winter, but lately it has been sleet or rain. But today was absolutely perfect! We saw the giant flakes and hurried outside to twirl and run. Whatever day I have to make up for this, will be well worth it. Catching the flakes on your tongue turned out to be a little more difficult than it looks, but we gave it a full fledged effort! If needed, you can always use this little guy's tactic and just lick them off of your glove! ;)
