Jess & Mike E-session

Last week I met these two south of town for their engagement session. The sprinkles of rain stopped just in time for us to have the shoot.
It went really well- full of laughs and fun. I can honestly say I didn't know what was coming next. They are both quick-witted and not afraid of saying anything, so the sky was the limit. And we laughed. Alot.

Mike is working the fierce look here. He actually had trouble not laughing, so this is a little out of character for the day, but I like the look.

Jess has gorgeous red hair and fiery eyes that make for a killer combination. She really knew how to work the camera and went all out. She was fabulous.

I love the tangled branches and hint of green. Spring is really such a great time of year. Here the two share a laugh and a hug. They were just very natural.

I love the shot- my fav of the day. The location had a great fallen log and Jess worked the shot perfectly. The cloudy lighting was awesome too. What a day.

Maybe the phrase "Never a dull moment" would best fit these two. They had me in stitches the entire shoot. After spending time with them here, I am looking forward to their May wedding. I can predict it won't be boring!! ;)
