Through the eyes of children

We visited our friends' farm today, and our kids just had a ball. I am not sure what was the most fun for them- tiptoeing around cow dung, hiking the giant hills, slipping into the creek and soaking their shoes, eating picnic food and birthday cake by the creek or skipping the rocks. They just loved it all and so did I.

I should mention the fact we drove to a nearby town and attempted to watch a parade and accidentally became a part of it- right in between the old time cars and the camel. (Yes, I said camel. In southern Indiana, you just never know.) ;)
Anyway, the day was just lovely and we all had a ball. So thanks, guys, for an absolutely terrific day! I didn't get to photograph the camel (you'll just have to believe me), but I did get a few of the cows who followed us around looking for food!
