Brilliant blue!

Saturday was so gorgeous! The high sky boasted a brilliant blue and bright sunshine brought all the colors of spring to life. Just being outside on those kinds of days is enough to bring a smile to my face...good music, a cool drink, and a great drive on my way to the church to photograph a wedding. I love the anticipation on the way- planning out how things might go, wondering what the bride and groom must be feeling.

As it turns out, they were calm and collected, and ready for the day! They were just precious talking about the other, waiting to see each other. The ceremony was classy and simple, but their getaway from the church was BOLD!
LOVE the blue sky and red jeep!
Here is Suzanne's take on the group watching the groom dramatically dip his bride. I just loved her angle on this! Great job, girl!

As the reception boomed on, I suggested sneaking outside for a few sunset pics, as the sky was a delicious canvas of reds, yellows and purples. The couple agreed and we were on our way to a few romantic and quiet moments in the evening glow. I paused to watch and sigh as this sweet couple soaked up the moment and gazed into each others' eyes. They giggled and talked quietly and it was reassuring to me in some sense.

Those few moments made the day's work well worth it.
Thanks, guys, for a wonderful day and "doing whatever" was asked! ;) You were incredibly fun!
Thanks for visiting!
Cheers!
